When buying a house or business with a pool, it’s vital that a professional inspects your pool and spa so that you are fully aware of the current state of your purchase. Before you make your purchase, call Miramar Pools. We know pools like the back of our hands and can detect the potential pitfalls of a pool and spa immediately.
Miramar looks at the placement of the pool or spa to rule out any safety hazards. This includes evaluating fencing, gates, screen enclosures, proximity to electrical wires, location of electrical outlets and placement to the home.
We will inspect the pool’s and deck surfaces for cracks, discoloration and pitting. In addition, Miramar will inspect coping surrounding the pool area, looking for open joints and cracking. Prioritizing your safety first, we will evaluate drains for the presence of anti-vortex covers.
Equipment is also included in the pool and spa Inspection. Equipment qualified for inspections include: pool/spa lights, the GFCI, junction box, pumps, filters, piping, timers, disconnects, heaters, controls, accessories, skimmers and the electrical bonding. Equipment will also follow inspection which includes the operation of the pump, the filtration system, heater activation, filter pressure and the operation of the spa blower.
Upon completion of the inspection, Miramar Pools will give you a detailed report including a summary of our findings. Our comprehensive report enables you to become confident in your purchasing decision and will allow you to look forward to endless weekends spent in your new pool.
